Each hotel chooses when and how to share member rates. Mention your loyalty program and status in your request. Member rates come from participating brands, and some hotels show them only after you sign in on their website.
Type @DirectBooker at the start of your message, for example "@DirectBooker find a hotel in Lisbon next weekend." ChatGPT may not use a plugin unless you mention it by name. If DirectBooker doesn't appear when you type @, check that it's added and turned on in your plugin settings.
On ChatGPT Business and Enterprise accounts, your admin may need to enable DirectBooker before you can add it. Contact your IT team or ChatGPT admin.
