Add the DirectBooker Connector on Claude

The DirectBooker Connector for Claude lets you search for hotels with direct booking rates, loyalty program pricing, and exclusive member benefits — all within a Claude conversation. When you’re ready to book, you can link out to the official hotel website to complete your journey.

Before you start

You’ll need a Claude account (Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) and access to claude.ai in your web browser, or the Claude desktop or mobile app. Anyone with a Claude account can add the DirectBooker connector.

Quick setup

The fastest way to get started is to open a new chat and type “Connect me to DirectBooker.” When prompted, confirm that you want to connect DirectBooker to your Claude account. That’s it — you’re ready to search.

Manual setup

If you prefer to add the connector manually, follow these steps:

  1. Open Claude and click on your profile icon or the Settings gear.

  2. Navigate to Settings, then select Connectors (note, this function will soon be moving to the Claude Customize page).

  3. Click Browse Connectors to see the available integrations.

  4. Search for DirectBooker and click the plus (+) icon to add it.

  5. Open a new chat and follow the on-screen prompts on your first hotel search to select “Always allow” for automatic access.

Verifying your connector is active

Claude should automatically use connectors you’ve added whenever you make a relevant query. If you notice it isn’t being invoked, you can confirm DirectBooker is active and ready to use:

  1. Open a new Claude conversation.

  2. Click the plus (+) button next to the message input.

  3. Look for DirectBooker in the list of available connectors and make sure it’s toggled on.

Trying it out: Search for a hotel

Once DirectBooker is connected, simply tell Claude what you’re looking for. Try something like:

“Find me a centrally located hotel in Houston for next weekend for under $250 per night.”

Claude will use the DirectBooker connector to search hotel inventory with direct booking rates, loyalty pricing, and member benefits. When you’re ready to book, follow the link to the official hotel website to complete your reservation.

Personal vs. organization accounts

Personal accounts. If you use Claude with a personal account (Free, Pro, or Max plan), you can add connectors yourself at any time. Simply follow the quick setup or manual route described above.

Organization accounts. If you use Claude through your company’s Team or Enterprise plan, connector availability may be managed by your organization’s admin. You may need admin privileges to add new connectors — contact your IT team or Claude admin if you don’t see the option to add them.
